Weekly Question Seven
Have you had a bad customer experience? Without using names or identifying information, explain what happened and how you resolved the situation.
I would have to say I have had a bad experience with a customer. When the preason came in they wanted something I could not make so I had to get help from someone. They got very mad and by the time I made it the where walking off. This made me very made because I really tried to do what I was told. I would have to say I resolved this situation by selling it to somebody else.
